Love your work!

Weekends like this past one makes being a professional musician an awe inspiring journey! Walking into a packed venue of people who are awaiting the musical experience, the life force, true energy is simply breathtaking. The Back Alley bar in New Philadelphia, Grapes in a Glass Downtown Canton, and EB’s Pub & Party Center also in Canton, all Ohio, were rocking out of control, be sure to check out the scene at these places and tell ’em Saxy Rob sent you! Thanks to Andy Cyphert, Ben Stover, Larry Rambaud, Bill Delvalle, & Eric Brooke who witnessed and participated in the madness too. Extra special thanks goes out to Bret Kuhnash and Patty Summers for joining in for a few songs too after a long night of playing a packed house at Gavin’s on the Square, in New Philadelphia Ohio!

**Ghost of the Blues Broadway Review**

Find me at the Akron Civic Theatre February 7th 2014, portraying the late great Jr. Walker in the production.  I am excited to have this great opportunity to culminate 2 wonderful years of being a professional musician.  A big thanks to all of my friends, family and music fans who have supported the awesome live music community that we have. Let’s pack the house on the 7th and pay tribute to the many legends who have passed away and left us with some really outstanding music that will live on for centuries to come.

Life’s treasures

As a full time dad and professional musician, I am afforded the opportunity to spend valuable time with my children, in large blocks of time. I respect the responsibility that comes with being a parent greatly, and would never give up my rights as a father! Being a parent is mostly a thankless role but occasionally you wake up to breakfast in bed, and feel the joy and reward from taking a stand to be involved. I love my children, my most inspiring motivators! This was a true father’s day treat.
